Senior Project Administrator - 213
Assists Program and/or Project Managers in planning, managing the processes and systems that will help monitor the day-to-day activities of a project(s), and setting up and delivering the project objectives to the project sponsors. In addition, coordinates small projects or sub-projects by leading small teams and maintaining responsibility for the corresponding activities and deliverables with minimum supervision. Actively participates in the four phases of the project release life cycle: Planning, Development, Testing, and Delivery. The Sr. Project Administrator mentors Project Administrators in more involved tasks.

BS in Computer Science, DIS, Finance or closely related field with specialization in computers and 3 years of experience as a lead system analyst or technical team lead, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with supporting project life cycle and software development life cycle for large projects required. Must have experience in coordination of deliverables to customers.A graduate degree in the aforementioned areas OR 5 years of experience in software development methodologies and project management is preferred.

Web Designer - 222
This position is responsible for the maintenance of user interfaces of existing web applications, as well as provide overall UI design for new web applications. The Web Designer would be responsible for CSS creation, custom graphics, design standards and maintenance of existing automated tests as well as the implementation of their designs.

Bachelors degree in IT, Graphic Design or similar discipline is strongly preferred. Minimum three years experience required, five years preferred. An understanding of software functionality as well as graphic design required. Must have a mastery of HTML, XHTML and CSS cross browser issues (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome). Systems Analyst - 227

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our various clients to implement a construction project lifecycle management system by conducting business process analysis, gathering and documenting system requirements, assisting with implementation tasks such as facilitating workshops, training end-users and supporting personnel in their use of the system.

The position requires a BA/BS degree and 5 years experience in the software life cycle (analysis, design, engineering, testing, and/or maintenance), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent customer relations and communication (both verbal and written) are essential. Strong organization skills and an ability to meet multiple and simultaneous deadlines, experience supporting an enterprise software package and working knowledge of client/server technology and architecture are required. Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and the highway construction industry is a plus. PowerBuilder programming experience is also a plus. Network Services Team Leader - 232
Manage all aspects of Info Tech's complex LAN, WAN and telecommunication systems. Act as a technical leader within the IT Department; this includes staying abreast of new technologies, identifying and championing technologies which are identified as beneficial to company goals and providing leadership, instruction and direction to the other members of the Network Services team. Ensure all service level agreements and internal controls are met to maintain the operational readiness and security of Info Tech's systems and network. Oversee Network-Services team support queue.

Four year degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 10 years experience in a System Administration capacity. Expert managing Windows and Unix environments. Expert with advanced networking concepts (subnets, firewalls, VPNs, NFS, etc.). Required experience with: Cisco routers and switches; disk storage technologies such as NAS, DAS and SAN; VoIP technologies; virtualization software; applying and managing IT security mechanisms. Intermediate programming background in a current scripting language such as Perl, Python or shell required. Proven ability to solve complex problems using methodology and logic; and to address complex IT infrastructure issues. RHCE, CCNP, MCSE/ MCITP, GIAC certifications preferred.

The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading the Development Project Management team. He/she manages and mentors a team of Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers and Project Assistants. This position is responsible for effective management, quality, and control of all the Development projects. This position focuses on establishing and enforcing standard methodologies and tools for effective project management, reporting, and quality deliverables. Different types of software development projects need to be supported as part of the overall portfolio. These include: Research and Development, New Application Development, Enhancements, Maintenance, and strategic internal projects for software process engineering or marketing. This involves the coordination of communication between technical resources and the other project stakeholders. The responsibilities include the development and maintenance of the process to develop project plans, status assessment reports, project communication plans, project metrics, risk management plan and the problem resolution plans. The Senior Program Manager in Development is experienced in directing and successfully managing highly complex software development projects. Must effectively work with executive management, senior managers, product and technical managers and leading diverse project teams of 20+ technical professionals from multiple departments. The Sr. wT Program Manager is a member of the Development Leadership team and is responsible for working closely with this team on long-term strategy and annual operation plans. This position will work closely with the PMO, Development Resource Manager, Development Sr. Architect and the Product Managers to implement processes and tools. The Sr. Program Manager must be proficient with software engineering methodologies and best practices. This position participates in the improvement and implementation of Project Management and Software Development Methodologies. The Sr. Program Manager will utilize the standards and policies of the Project Management Office.

This position requires a minimum of 7 plus years of Information Technology and Project Management experience, with at least 3 years managing software development projects of significant business and/or technical complexity. Other qualifications include a PMP certification, BS in Computer Science or related technical field. Advance degrees in Management, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related technical fields are preferred. Proven record of successful project management. Seasoned Project Manager with previous experience in managing dynamic projects and cross-functional teams. Experience recruiting and managing project and software technology teams. Effective negotiator with customers and company leaders. Must have formal training or extensive experience with software development methodologies. Must have experience with Project Management tools. (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, ABT Workbench), MS Office, MS Access. Strong organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

The Technical Writer Intern is a part-time entry-level position which involves organizing, formatting, and editing various Info Tech documents. Additionally, the technical writer intern will be responsible for editing, and maintaining online Help and computer/web-based training content. This position requires the ability to interact with the department stakeholders to create accurate software documentation. The technical writer intern will work closely with the Sr. Tech Writer and project implementation teams to develop customized training materials and documentation for clients.

Working toward a bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, or communications and professional writing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. It also requires experience in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with HTML authoring software, RoboHelp, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartDraw and/or Visio, and developing computer/web-based learning a plus. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, attention to details, and organization skills. Writing samples required.
