Joseph L. Bloom

Mr. Bloom joined Info Tech in 1983 as a Programmer/Analyst. Since then, he has worked as a Consultant Analyst, and now is a Project Director/Senior Consultant. Mr. Bloom has worked on a wide variety of litigation support cases which have varied from the determination of liability and the calculation of damages in antitrust cases, to the estimation of lost profits in business interference cases. Mr. Bloom specializes in employment discrimination analysis (liability and damages), statistical programming and analysis, regression modeling, civil litigation damage estimation, and database management.

Prior to joining Info Tech, Mr. Bloom was a Computer Operator and Consultant for the Center for Instructional & Research Computing Activities at the University of Florida. He also worked on the development of statistical application programs for bone growth analysis for the Department of Computer Science at the University’s Health Science Center. Mr. Bloom received both his Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and his Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
