Paul J. Manning

Mr. Manning is a Project Manager/Senior Consultant with Info Tech. Since joining the company in 1990, he has worked on many key projects lending his analytical and computing expertise to issues concerning antitrust, discrimination, environmental impact, and health care fraud. His specialties include database management, programming, and statistical analyses, and he has provided deposition and evidentiary hearing testimony.

Prior to joining Info Tech, Mr. Manning was a Senior Engineer with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. While there, he used his programming and data analysis skills in the design and testing of military jet engine compressors. Mr. Manning was also employed as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia’s Rotating Machinery and Controls Laboratory.

Mr. Manning earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.
