After undergraduate training at Bucknell University in physics, Dr. McClave earned his Doctorate in Statistics at the University of Florida in 1971. Dr. Baxter is a Project Director/Senior Consultant for Info Tech, concentrating his efforts in the areas of business damages, market concentration, personal injury, and general economic and statistical problems. Dr. Baxter has more than 15 years of experience as a consultant. He has performed numerous business and personal damage assessments and lent his economic expertise in many market concentration cases. He has provided analysis and guidance to utilities in such areas as strategic planning, forecasting, and pricing, and assisted in cases before public service commissions and in court, providing both testimony and analytical support. Joseph L. Bloom, Project Director/Senior Consultant

Mr. Bloom joined Info Tech in 1983 as a Programmer/Analyst. Since then, he has worked as a Consultant Analyst, and now is a Project Director/Senior Consultant. Mr. Bloom has worked on a wide variety of litigation support cases which have varied from the determination of liability and the calculation of damages in antitrust cases, to the estimation of lost profits in business interference cases. Mr. Bloom specializes in employment discrimination analysis (liability and damages), statistical programming and analysis, regression modeling, civil litigation damage estimation, and database management.

Ms. Hewitt is a Project Director/Senior Consultant for Info Tech, working in the Consulting Division since 1984. Her specialty is the use of statistics to develop solutions to a wide variety of problems. She has extensive experience in litigation services applied to such fields as environmental regulation, antitrust, discrimination, health care management, and business infringement. She has been qualified as an expert witness providing testimony for hearing proceedings and federal court. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 1980 from the University of Florida and continued at that institution to receive her Master of Statistics in 1982.

He has performed statistical analyses for environmental projects, and econometric modeling and damage estimation for antitrust and employment discrimination litigation. Mr. Krizanosky has also designed claims sampling methodologies for federal investigations of Medicare and Medicaid providers, and developed computer programs for detecting and measuring health care fraud.
