Developed for transportation agencies and their design consultants, Estimator is a power-packed tool that streamlines the project estimation process, making it quick, simple and accurate.
Estimator derives it's unit prices from four price derivation methods: cost-based, bid-based, reference-based and ad hoc estimation.
The price bases can also be combined to ensure even greater precision. The master data is stored in one or more catalog files, which contain data such as:
- Standard construction items
- Wages
- Production rates
- Historical item prices
- Equipment costs
- Material cost
Estimator can be run as a standalone application or run on a network for multiple user access.
