Market Analysis Training 2018

Is your agency getting competitive prices? Are you performing effective market analyses to answer that question? Meeting federal bid monitoring requirements is more important than ever, and it is vital that your team members have the skills to analyze bid data effectively.

Info Tech, Inc. invites you to an intensive three-day training, February 27 - March 1, 2018, to learn market analysis skills and methods to identify collusive behavior. Attendees will learn how to produce evidence that bids are being properly monitored using the AASHTOWare Project BAMS/DSS™ software, and will learn how to avoid monetary waste and abuse. The Info Tech faculty has decades of experience in using the latest computerized techniques for systematic contract bid analysis and has been hosting market analysis workshops for more than 20 years.

The agenda includes a combination of lecture and hands-on training in market analysis methodology. Students have full access to computers loaded with tools and real data to analyze. As an added option, an agency's own data can be incorporated for a more customized experience. (Contact Info Tech for details.)
