The Indiana Department of Transportation will be transitioning from the Expedite Bid software to the AASHTOWare Project Bids™ Bid component on July 10, 2019. Before you place a bid using this new process, register to attend a free Internet bidding training session via this form. You will receive detailed information about the training session after registration.
INDOT is offering two different training sessions:
The June 11th & 12th sessions are for any contractor who is new to the AASHTOWare Project Bids Bid software. These training sessions will go over downloading and installing the AASHTOWare Project Bids™ Bid component software, configuring the user profile in the Bid component, creating an Info Tech Digital ID, submitting a request to bid to INDOT, downloading the Project Bids™ bid file/amendment file, bid bond verification, bid submission, and bid withdrawal.
The June 18th & 19th sessions are ONLY for contractors who attended the in-person training in January at INDOT. If you did not attend this training and select these sessions you will miss vital information needed for Internet Bidding that will only be covered in the June 11th & 12th sessions. If you are currently using the AASHTOWare Project Bids™ Bid software to bid to another DOT and have submitted a request to bid to INDOT then you should choose one of these training sessions.
The June 18th & 19th sessions will go over downloading the updated Project Bids™ bid file/amendment file, bid bond verification, bid submission, and bid withdrawal.
